LTV-19W3 hi james, i need to reset my parental control on this tv. you suggeted this code to another person. where would you input this code? if you just hit 2882 it will just change the channel. under what screen would you do it? or do you have any other suggestions? westinghouse customer support says that once the parental control is set if you forget the code there is no way to reset it. i find that hard to believe, any help would be greatly appreciated. i bought this tv refurbished and the code was already set and i can't return it. thanks,kevin "use the remote and reset the tv to the factory setting if I remember correctly its 2882 on the remote you might look it up in your manual to make sure"
