Question about HP Computers & Internet
First make sure the vga cable from monitor to computer is connected properly.
Then when you power up the computer check the num lock led on key board .When you press num lock key if it is turned on and off then computer gives display to monitor then you need to change the screen resolution .
For that when you power up the computer press F8 key 5 to 6 times then enter in enable vga mode then go to display property settings and change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and ok.
But if num lock led stay constant when you press num lock key on key board then open cpu cabinet.
Then reconnect RAM memory reconnect both connection to harddrive Pull cmos cell from motherboard for 10 minutes then all settings defaults then check. Also make sure motherboard is not ground with cabinet.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
