Question about Ricoh Aficio 3025 All-In-One Laser Printer
I have a 3235c all in one. when the scanner goes to e-mail me the image it doesn't do anything for about 5 minutes, then gives me this error:
Check the status and connection.
To check the current status, press [scanned files status].
so i checked that, and it has files sitting there going back months all of which say error, but it won't let me see what the error is.
any thoughts would be great.
That USUALLY means that the scanned files is too big or the email settings for smtp server is not set properly. Try just scanning in one page and see if you get that same error. If so try checking the email smtp settings on the unit itself.
