You need to use Aiwa Service Remote to enter in service mode and adjust service data for red and Blue drive of CRT.
Do you have that remote and service data reference book of Aiwa tv ?

It can be replaced. . Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

actully u have problem with u r circuit board...ok
there is a colour code ic which is responsible for all colour effect on ur telivision.
u r colour ic is not working properly...
just u have to do is to change ur colour ic on ur circuit board..
i m 100% sure that u r problem will be solved...
