Hi, In this case once you have made sure that you are logged out and appear to be visible as online please try the following steps:- 1.Please change your g-mail password from your PC. 2.Please logout from any third party chat tools(like Fringe,etc). 3.Please try resetting your browser settings. a)if you are using Internet explorer click on Options tab to the right of the window-->click on tool-->click on tab Advanced and then on reset. b)Open Google Chrome.Click the wrench icon located on the right site of your Google Chrome task bar.From the menu, select Options.Click the Under the Hood tab and, at the end of the window, click the Restore to Defaults button.Confirm your choice. Once you have done these steps you should have the issue resolved, Thank you for your patience and best wishes for your effort.
