Are you sure the antenna was set-up properly? If you have the user manual you could see the proper set-up of your unit. If your unit was previously working and the problem suddenly appear then there must be a problem with the memory, the video or the tuner section of your unit.

My luxor model16-914-tvb TV will not set channel s when self/auto tuning keeps coming up and says no antenna connection. Know the airal connection is OK as have tried lead that we used on smart tv

So if you have confirmed that your antenna is good and delivering sufficient signal strength, then the issue has to be with a defective front end or tuner section. Usually located on main board of set.

I have a sharp TV and an trying to CD an Amazon fire stick. TV keeps responding...incomparable video signal...help

The stick is set to 1080p your sharp tv cannot show 1080p change it to 480p in settings , you will have to use it in another tv than is capable of showing 1080p, then just change it to 480p , then you should be able to use it on the sharp tv. You can then try to change it to 720p if it says the same about the signal leave it for 30 seconds and it will revert back to 480p

I'm trying to watch a movie a up but it keeps saying "no signal press input on remote then select the device you want to view. Make sure device us turned on" why isn't the picture coming on

Hi Saraya,
Please check the device on another tv. If it is ok then probably the TV is not able to receive the source signal. I believe you have already checked the connecting cables.
Good Luck

the connecting cables.

Get a satellite signal?

What does a satellite signal have to do with your router? Are you trying to get free over the air HD signals or trying to get internet on your set?

The menu option keeps coming up on my sonia bravia 37 inch .what do i do

This most often is caused by a partially depressed, and stuck, button on either the remote or the set. It occasionally happens due to some water or oil getting into the remote or the button the set, or because of a stray signal coming from a neighbor's place. I had a TV once that the sun streaming through a window activated the channel up on the remote receiver.

It's almost always the oddball thing.

If it's none of these things, you've probably taken a power surge that's damaged the logic board of the set, which require repair/replacement.

My tv keeps turning off I called direct tv and it not them. I tired putting tnfoil over the blue light to see if it was another frequence

See if your TV is set in sleep mode (check menu settings).

Also, make sure there is a signal coming into the TV. Many TV's will shutoff automatically if there is no signal detected.

TV keeps on trying to auto tune

I would try first unplugging the set for about 30 seconds to see if that clears up the problem. If not, then it could be anything from a bad connection or component inside the set, and with it being made by a 4 letter word company, pitch it and get a different brand set. Check out epinions.com before plunking down the money on another model first. May save some headaches later.
