I have a nokia e65. My problem is that, when an incoming try to connect my device it says (Telephone: Memory full close some application ) although there isn't have any running application i can found...

I'd suggest installing all applications on your memory card, and moving all the files on your phone to the memory card along with all messages.

Step One - Go to Messaging (Meesag. on Main)
Step Two - Hit Up Options > Settings > Other
Step Three - Go to Memory in Use which will say "Phone Memory" and select your memory card.
Step Four - It will now ask if you want to move your messages over to the memory card (yes)
Step Five - It will ask if you want to keep your messages on the phone as a backup (no)

How to recover data from this mobile

If your deleted files were stored in the phone memory or memory card instead of SIM card, then it's possible and quite easy to retrieve them. The best way is by using some recovery programs such as Wondershare Data Recovery. But before your deleted files are retrieved please don't save more files to the phone in case rewrite original file data.

Here is the steps you may need while using Wondershare Data Recovery,
1. Download and install the data recovery tool on your computer. It's free download.
2. Connect your phone to the computer. Open the application, and then select the partition or directory that files deleted or data lost, and then click Next to start data recovery.
3. After a while you will find a lot of files found listed in the list box. Select the files that you want to recover, and then click Next to continue data recovery.
4 Select Path for Recovered Deleted Files.

E63 Nokia Memory full. Close some applications and try again. Please Help

Restart your phone, scan your memory card with an updated antivirus (on your computer using a memory card reader) or if possible format the memory card after files are backup.. This will definitely fix you issue. You can try without the memory card and verify whether the problem persists or not.

Let me know if this doesn't help.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

My nokia n95 wont send texts i can recieve then n make/recieve calls it says memory full close some applications and try again :s. ive restored back to factory settings.... help lol

Set you Message Storage Destination to Memory card and delete unwanted Smses or Bluetooth received files from the phone memory. To do this, Go to message settings and there's an option with "Default destination" or something like that, and set the Storage to Memory Card. You'll also need to close the programs that are running on the background. To do this press and hold the "Menu" key, and to close the particular program, press "C". Good luck Thanks for using FixYa.

I keep having an error come up saying Messaging: Memory full close some applications. I have also had an error saying General: Memory full close some applications. I have no applications open can you...

clear your browser cache as well

set your messages in messaging - options- settings - other to 999 and e memory.

restore factory settings *#7780# default code is 12345 that might just might help you a bit and turn off and on your phone when you do all these things see if it helps any.

“Memory Full…Close some applications and try again” is a normal
message that usually comes on Nokia N70. It showed the memory used in the phone doesn’t have space anymore. But if the message still appears although the user already closed some applications it can be theproblem.
Someone who experience in this memory full problem said, an error message of memory full like above is appears each time he’s opened the
Camera. It also happens for a few times when he’s trying to open
messages, Gallery, or other applications. And then it will force to restart the phone.
Seems like it’s a RAM problem and might there are some applications unable to close completely. If your Nokia N70 phone has gone a start
menu button you can try to hold it down. This way will show you
everything that you have open and they can be closed easily so that
you can continue to take your photos.
So if it can resolve the problem you can reset/format by pressing *#7370#

If your memory stick is lower than 1Gb then try to upgrade it. Whenever you received mp3 or any data with higher memory consumption restore it to your memory card and delete the file immediately from your phone memory. This will might help your phone to ran out of memory.

General: Memory full. Close some applications and try again

Do a Full phone formatting on your 6600! as steps below,

1. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery power left.
2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card. Remove MMC
3. Switch-off your 6680 phone.
4. Press and hold 3 keys;
Green dial key, * (star key) & no. 3 key and then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6680
phone.

Remember, do not let go all of the keys and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!

5. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your 6680 will back to original system and factory setting.

All apps. installed & not of the phones' default will be lost. If you did a backup on your MMC, you can restore it back to the C drive again.
