The door lock motor is stuck engaged.
Either there is a contact in wiring to door lock, or the door lock motor is damaged. Before replacing the door motor trip the circuit breaker or disconnect power cord. When power is off, remove water from bottom of the tub (disconnect filter from pump, access door is below front door at left hand side. With power off try also playing with the door lock.
Close door and connect back power.
If the washer still does not work, then the door lock mechanism must be replaced.
