Question about Hisense Televison & Video
This is a defect at the LCD panel itself - the columns of pixels corresponding to that line are not commanded properly because either the buffer circuit or the connection from it to the columns are faulty. The only thing you can try is to completely dismantle the tv and reseat all the connectors on the LCD panel. If this doesn't fix it then the defect internal. inside the panel. Because of that it's unfixable, the panel will have to be replaced.
Get a quote before replacing it, otherwise you will find out that it will be (almost surely) cheaper just to get a new tv.
