Question about Hammering
The problem is not in the fuse.
It only shows that's the fuse doing its job.
You have a short circuit my friend that's why your fuse tripped because it is guard to avoid further damaged to you and your property.
I've adviced you to look for a qualified electrician to locate the short circuit.
Once it was isolated by the electrician it will be back to normal again.
