switch off...hold down 0 + 8 keys,
switch on holding keys for 5-10 secs then let go.
service mode...
punch in 251 then print key should show pm set figure,punch in say / add 20,000 on to figure then press set in the display.
switch off then on should have cancelled prevent maintenance.

look for the hole that lines up with the actuator that tells the machine the door is closed usually a mettle flat long part sticking out the inside of the door stick something in the hole it lines up with and see if the switch is being pushed into the on position if you can do it by hand then its a matter of repositioning that switch by reforming the switch actuator wont be easy you have to take off the cover to expose the switches

i am a toshiba engineer, you have no 24volt supply from the psu. check the fuse on the psu. highly unlikely to be the door switch.

yes there should be a side tray that when in the up position shows the manual feed not in use when the tray side cover is down then show manual feed open you can put some paper in the manual feed but if the tray part is not there it is not going to hold the paper to well ;
I would default the machine to take paper from the first draw
