We used this monitor for two years with no problems then we also experienced the same power problem. Using my electronics background I was able the verify that the problem was with the actual power switch. I ordered a replacement switch and installed it. The monitor now works like new again. The switch is available via online electronic suppliers. The part number I used was a TL2285EE made by E-SWITCH. I found that it is actually a little bigger then the original and believe that the original switch is actually a TL2230EE. The bigger switch fit with a little persuading and should last a little longer but the 2230 would fit much better. This job is not too hard for someone with some soldering experience.

Good Luck...We love our monitor again (we own two)

E19T5W monitor doesn't stay on once power button is depressed

Chances are the power supply in the monitor is going out.

Today, monitors are cheap and unless you have a 24' or better, it really doesn't pay. You may spent $100.00 and find one new for $135.00
Hope this helps

Hello, My Graco monitor shows a red light instead of the normal green light and it says "discard jetez". It also beeps. What could be wrong?

I just fixed my unit that had this same problem. You have to re-pair the two units... Turn the parent unit off. Hold the "volume down" button while you turn the parent unit back on. The unit should beep and flash all volume lights. Release the volume button and the press again for ~2 seconds. The volume lights will light up and stay on. Next, turn the nursery unit off and then back on. This should re-pair the two. I hope it fixes your problem!

The problem was identified by the computer as "The ink absorber is full." What kind of problem is this? Any one can help me? My printer is Canon MP190.

Before you turn on the printer, unplug first the power cord.
Even though not yet plug in the power cord, hold and press the power on button and do not remove your fingers unless you plug it in the power cord.
As you can see the lights on as you press it all along.
This time removing your fingers with it and press the power on back again and it back to normal.
Good luck!

My computor monitor shows OSD lockedout

Plug in the monitor and power it up. Hold down the Power button until you get a message saying “OSD Unlocked”. If the problem persists after OSD is unlocked then unplug the monitor from the wall, wait 20 seconds and try again

Turn on the monitor and hold down the Menu button for 10-20 seconds. This should unlock the OSD

Turn off the monitor, press down the Menu button and then turn on the monitor. Wait 10-20 seconds. This should unlock the OSD.

The Menu button may be stuck in a pressed in position. To get it “unstuck” you’ll usually need to open up the monitor. This could be tricky unless you know what you’re doing. Unfortunately there are too many models of monitor for me to provide detailed instructions. If you have warranty this is where you want to contact the manufacturer.

Kirkland outdoor heater will not stay lit

The thermocouple is bad. That is the part right next to the pilot light that sense's the flame and hold the gas valve open to the pilot. Take the old thermocouple off and go to hard ware store and get a 18" one of what ever length you need and replace. 5 dollar part.

Power button on monitor

Looks like a loose contact in the button assembly. You will just need to get the button assembly replaced. Can be done at any computer service shop.
