Question about HP LaserJet P3005n Printer
Hello, This error is indicating a problem either with the main Formatter board or the installed additional RAM DIMM. It is best to take out the additional RAM and see if the error goes awayPhoto A
Slide the DIMM Cover towards the rear - make sure the power is off first
Open the metal cage and you will see the memory DIMM.
After the DIMM has been removed (photo B), turn the printer back on. If the printer comes ready the Memory DIMM is bad. The printer should print without it. If the Error remains then the formatter board is bad and will need to be replaced.
