Here is a link to your manual. You do not have to sign up for anything and there is no junk after.Click download, then enter the 5 digit code and press download again. It will open a menu.If you want to save it permananetly click save.It will most likely save to your documents folder. For 1 time use click run.You may want to save this site for future reference also.It is excellent and has a wide variety of electronics.Your component has digital technology which has a tendency to 'lock up'.A reset solution for your problem is to simply unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in.That should fix your problem. If it is easier to pull the circuit breaker, that is fine also.Simply turning it off will not work as it needs the power supply completely removed.Digital components are defined mainly as things which are programmable such as ovens and refrigerators with LCD or LED displays, thermostats,DVR's,answer machines,TV's and much more. Some things which are not exactly programmable but can be reset the same way are video game consoles, modems, battery operated devices, telephones. If it is battery powered, simply disconnect it from the battery or remove the batteries for 5 minutes then retry it first. The troubleshooting starts on page 68.You may want to deregister the handsets and reregister them(page 67).Try only one first to see if anything changes. There normally is a code to erase the previous one no matter if you know the previous one or not so I am looking for it.Page 25 talks about unable to dial the problem stated is between the tone and pulse dialing but the default is tone. You may want to just double check it to eliminate that. That was about all that I could find in the manual for dial problems.I didn't find the unlock reset code either.Panasonic's number is 1-800-211-7262.They would be able to tell you the code reset number and procedure. If you have any questions or need more help, just comment here and I will get an autolink to your post and reply ASAP.I really encourage responses so I can follow up properly as I know where you stand and asking someone else restarts all the explaining because we cannot see other 'Expert's' responses.Good luck,Greg

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
