simulation, on the key pad press 1,6, then the copy start, press execute
on the screen.
2, Change the toner cartridge.
If it is a
brand new one return to supplier as faulty, if it is a refilled new one

protection for sharp and 'blows' when the toner is empty the re-filler
will have to put a new chip on it)
Very common problem in that copier. The fuser unit has little pawls which seperate the paper from the rollers, they can become dislodged when customers remove jams. Another very common problem is the gear that turns those rollers wears down internallly, to check this make a mark on the orange fuser roller with a sharpie. See if the mark moves from it's previous spot after trying to make a copy. These rollers turn every time the machine is used or is turned on.
most copiers that have lcd screens, should you show you where the paper is. sometimes it may take getting down to look under a couple of guide plates. or just roll some of the rollers to get the paper to come out. all it takes a minute piece of paper to be sitting on a sensor for it to throw the paper jam message.
push custom or system setting button, push key operator programs on lcd, type in 00000 from number pad, hit fax settings, fax default settings, own name/number set. hit ok button at top when done then CA button to return to main menu.
