To turn of the key pad noise, Go to MENU< SETTING< TONE SETTING< KEYPAD TONE.
When you get to key pad tone, you turn it off.
Hope this solve your problem. If not do not hesitate to leave comment.
sounds like corrupt firmware on the phone, try sony ericsson update service (details on sony ericsson website) or if that fails google xs++ and the software to flash to the phone is here http://www.iprotebe.cz/ but if you do this yourself do not forget to upload a custom pack or you will get a configuration error
Hi, from the question you posted, there are three likely problems to the phone. One it's either the key button pad is bad which needs to be replace, the interface of the key button pad is dirty which needs to be cleaned, or the glass I.C which controls the key button is bad which also needs to be replaced. But i think what the problem is the cleaning of the key pad button interface because the buttons are working but they only misrepresent whatever function you try to perform on the phone. You just need to get a mobile phone technician or an electronic repairer around you to help service and clean the board and key pad button interface, and the phone will start working fine..
hi the first thing you must do is go into your setting and find a link that says sound or volume then you should find key tone or pad and just turn it off if this isnt help then call your carrier and tell them what phone you have an you need the key pad sound off
