Question about Watches
Hold down the mode button and it should start blinking on the seconds. If not the mode, then the adjust button, but hold if down for a few seconds. Then if it was the mode button probibly the adjust changes the time, if the adjust , then the mode button should adjust the time. I don't know if it just adjust the seconds and then you have to move to hours and then min and so forth, but if you do just try the st/stp button.
