I have a 25hp 46 inch ride on. I have noticed that the speed of the ride on appears to have been reduced slightly. It doesnt seem as fast as it used to be. Any suggestions. Ian

With mine i checked to make sure there was no built up grass in the blade area and around the pulleys and wheels i would also check the tire pressure and brakes to make sure there not binding up.

Riding Lawn Tractors with Hydrostatic Transmission Tip of the Year

Hello everyone! IF you have a riding mower or tractor with hydrostatic transmission you are going to love this insider's tip. Slightly overfill the transmission. Always keep the fluid level about 1/4 inch above the full line on the dipstick. Once you have done this you will instantly notice that the tractor has more speed in forward and reverse. You will also notice that it has more power when mowing up hill. Doing this solved several problems I was having with low power and also slow reverse. I had adjusted the linkage but it did not solve my problem, adding the additional transmission fluid did. Enjoy your more responsive tractor! Joe

Can i reduce the duct vent size

yes of course you can but if its because your getting to much air you can reduce the fan speed by just replacing the pulley or if it doesnt have a belt drive system it would be cheaper and easier just to install an inverter speed control

I'm trying to use my Web Camera for Skype calls and video. I've used it before the picture is clear to me .... the person on the otherside see a bit of picture for just a minute, and then we lose...

this could be the comparability with the webcam. Since i am assuming the webcam is external, it might be a driver or not work with skype. you can always see yourself, but that doesnt mean it will work on the other side.
also because you pay for fast internet or have it doesnt mean you will get it.
check out http://www.speedtest.net/
you can see what speed you are having

Kenmore washer top load all cycles normal but when in the rinse/spin cycle notice it does not seem to spin fast enough to remove water from clothes and the are wetter then normal

There could be a number of reasons My best guess is that it will reduce the spin speed if it thinks it can't drain properly. Check that all the pipes/ filters etc are clear and that it can drain all the water out. Also it wont spin fast if the load is unbalanced. Does the spin speed change according to loading or is it low all the time? It may have a motor control problem, but that seems unlikely if it's working normally other than the spin.

I have a 25HP Riding mower. I noticed the last time I used it, it started making a popping noise through the exhaust at the higher speeds. When it idles it seems to be fine.I replaced the fuel filter and...

I would check the exhaust and intake valves clearance. The exhaust valve may be leaking and sometimes improper valve clearance will cause this. Also a dirty carb can cause it to run to lean at high speed and make it do this sometimes.

The only speed selection is when you select print quality, draft is fastest, and selecting best will slow the printer down to snail speed.

One or more colors can't be adjusted when when using the convergence menu.
Screen is bowed in but stationary.

Solution:
You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors. Check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. They have put together a kit for your exact model. The kit inlcludes a photo instruction guide, original Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, etc. Everything you need to fix it yourself. Its an easy fix.
