Question about Computers & Internet
Why do you think you need your particular old CD? If you want to use a particular OS license, the details are often on an under-keyboard sticker (if you kept that keyboard) for Microsoft stuff, or associated with your machine model and serial number. You can reorder media from the usual sources for a $10 media fee or whatever; a little more for Apple and NeXT computers, a little less for Penguin Computing or NX boxes. Of course you could download a Fedora 14 liveCD appropriate for your computer, burn and boot that. See also OSNews.com for some variety.
