How do I use this for buying e-books?

Purchasing ebooks through the iBooks Store is very similar to buying any other media via Apple's iTunes Store. One key difference, though, is how you access the store. Rather than through iTunes or a dedicated app like the iTunes Store app on the iPad and iPhone, in this case, you access it through the iBooks app.
In the top left corner of the iBooks app is a button that reads "Store". To access the iBooks Store and begin shopping for iPhone- and iPad-compatible ebooks, tap that button.

Once you enter the iBooks Store, the browsing and searching experience is very similar to using the iTunes Store. In this case, you can search for the author or title you want in the top-right corner search box.
To browse books, either tap the icons on the main page of the store or tap the "Categories" menu item in the top left corner. This drops down a menu with all of the iBooks store's categories in it. Tap the category you're looking for to see books in that genre.

In the iBooks Store, when you tap a book title to get more details (synopsis, reviews, etc.) a window pops up and the background grays out a bit.
In this window, you can download a free sample of the book to your iBooks library by tapping the "Get Sample" button. This is the equivalent of iTunes' 30-second song preview, which helps you get a sense of whether you want to purchase the book.
When you decide to purchase a book, tap the price on the left side of the screen next to the book cover. The button will turn green and read "Buy Book". Tap it again to buy the book.
To close the pop-up window and not buy the book, simply tap anywhere outside the window.

You buy at the iBooks Store using the same iTunes account and password as you do at the iTunes Store or App Store. When buying a book, you'll be prompted to enter your password to pay for the ebook before it will begin downloading.

Once you've entered your iTunes account password, the eBook will download to your iPad. How long this takes will depend on the book (its length, how many images it has, etc.).
When the book is done downloading, it will appear as a title on the bookshelves in the iBooks app. Tap it to begin reading.

How to download games

When you are using an Apple system, you can download apps from the iTunes Appstore. This works for all systems, from iPod to MAC.
You only need an account on the app store.
Most of my downloads will work via Wifi, direct into the device. Later when I connect my device to a computer with iTunes installed, the App will be downloaded to the computer to, so I can restore it, even without connection to the net.

Apple sign in

Goto Itunes, com or google itunes download... (Always try to goto original sites like itunes.com rather than a link to that site from another. Download the application itunes (it's free), then hit sign-in. It is in the menu bar and you can have the menu bar placed at the top of the screen in the options. Just have to check the menu list and find it.

If you forgot your password it will give you the option of reset.
Hopefully you still have the same email.

Login to apple id account

You can do that by creating an itunes account for yourself.
The acount is needed to get updates for your device, and download free or payed apps to your device. You will be also able to lock your device remotely (if stolen) with the help of your account.
For creating an itunes account you need at most to have a working email address. By registering that email addres and choosing a password you will have your itunes account created, and you can use that account on all your apple devices.
Everything you will buy for your device, music, apps, will be tied to your account. If you would have another apple device later , by entering the same account information the contents tied to your account will be available on this device too, no need to buy them again.

So I just got an iPad mini and i can't set up my network because i don't have my password for my internet and i don't have an itunes what do i do?

if your network does not have a password just connect without typing in anything in the password box and it should join, if it doesnt then you should call your provider, and for all (unjailbreaked) apple products you need an itunes account to download apps.
