Question about Filter Queen Majestic Canister Vacuum
I recommend replacing the card. Soldering involves the risk of further damaging the card, so it would be useless anyway. Why waste valuable time?
There is a possibility of the motor overheating, generally due to a blockage in the airflow system somewhere. Check all filters, hose, wands, and power nozzle for dirt and/or clogs.
Check wiring connections, including hose to wands to power nozzle. Check all switches.
It sounds like you know how to do this, but if you have any questions, repost.
