I first paid my fee & posted my symptoms report on July 1st, and received a rapid response from Johnny Chel? the same date, to which I replied with a further comment and query. Despite chasing up a further reply twice during the last week, I received no further response from him or anyone else. My last chaser asked for a reply a.s.a.p.
Today, I have a reply from Ohms telling me to call a repairman for a quote, and the history file has been changed by removing Johnny's first reply, with no explanation why. It is as though the previous solution never existed!! That is an abuse of your services (which I have reported), and especially now because having persuaded me to use your service by posting publicity testimony's of several people who praised you for saving them lots of money on diagnostics and even solving their problem (which I rightly expected of you) you now just tell me to get a repairman for a quote! You have not diagnosed my problem yet, for which I paid my fee. This is unacceptable service.

In fact, I rang a local repair company yesterday who very kindly gave me an immediate answer to the symptons of my problem on the fridge for free (unlike you!). I have a refrigerant gas leak and it is not worth repairing. Why were you and your experts not able to immediately solve it, as your website publicity claims? As you can see, I am not impressed with your service!
