The answer is yes. All appliances in your kitchen should have a dedicated breaker.
Microwaves draw a high number of "amps" when starting. Most new microwaves have a 20amp fuse internally, yet the household circuit breaker should be 15 amps.
I'd suggest hiring a licensed electrician to be sure the hookup is to code for your area.
