Cannot take any photos, just goes to Favourites or review?
We use the Kodak at work and it has been working really well. But when we turned it on today it went straight into Favourites and then we could go in and review the pictures we had already taken but the lens will not open and we cannot take any new pictures?
I have tried taking the battery out and in again, and I have tried charging it but that doesn't mak any difference, unless perhaps it is not charging properly as this seems to be a common issue. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello, You have joined the ranks of thousands of Kodak owners with the dreaded joystick failure. There is no cheap repair for this and is the down fall of these models, they sell on E-bay for parts only all the time. Sorry for the bad news, I work on these as a hobby and know their faults. Best Regards, Russell
I?m confused to the model of your camera since you have listed the problem under KODAK ONE, but write C813 in the problem description. However I hope it is a KODAK C813 since there is no firmware available for KODAK One. KODAK C813 solution: Please try to upload new firmware: I hope that it will solve the issue, the alternative is a repair. Connect the camera with the computer. Turn the camera on. Click onto the link and follow the instructions. http://www.kodak.com/global/mul/service/downloads/DownloadLookup.jhtml?pq-path=11888/11893&product=EKN034495
P850 is no longer repaired since no longer produced. If under warranty they will exchange you camera to a brand new one.
If not under warranty KODAK offeres a Trade up. You can chose any new model available in stock and receive 25-30% off.
Hello Charlie, Hook your camera directly to your PC with the USB cable, The computer should see Kodak Easyshare, Double click on it to open and check in the folder shown for your photos and down load or delete them as you wish. As far as the SD card error it sounds like possible camera firmware problem,go to Kodak website under support for Dx7590 for the firmware and instructions. Best Regards, Russell
Same problem as described above. Fresh batteries, turn it on, see the Kodak screen for a second, then it just turns off. I found that if you swith it to the favorites icon (the only one below the Off position) it stays on and I can review photos. But no taking new photos! Help!!!
