No packets receive on network

I would like to ask what is totally happen of my wired network which can send but cannot receive the packets.

pls see picture:

I did that already. Is there any tweak in the system that can be edited or something file missing?

Hello Melnavz,

Go into the Properties of "Connections" and high light the TCP/IP (Internet protocol) and press the "properties" button. Then choose the "obtain an IP address automatically".

This should fix your issue and good luck.
