What is the problem? what message do you get when you enter unlock code in your mobile? how many times have you tried to unlock your mobile? if its nokia the unlocking limit is restricted to 5 times..the problem may you would have followed incorrect instructions,if you have left tries then try to get codes with correct instructions from theunlockspot and get your mobile unlocked..if you have no tries left then go for flashing your mobile..
Hi,what is your mobile model? you can unlock your mobile by unlock codes..the safe and best way of unlocking is by unlock codes and my personal request is that don't go for software unlocking because sometimes the software might get corrupted and may your data will be lost due to that, its my bad experience so I went for unlocking by codes from here mobileunlocksolutions and unlocked.you can too try but see to that whether your country and provider is listed..because for some service only codes are available..check with that and if your country's provider is listed then get codes and unlock your blackberry..before unlocking your mobile you can get clear instructions about how to unlock your mobile for that you can visit mobileunlockguideto get step by step instructions..

The following is based on an assumption that you are referring to Sony-Ericsson w995 cellphone and that you are in need of an unlock code.
Let me give you a little background and then some solutions. This is generic because I don't know your carrier. I'm using ATT as an example.
Phones are naturally unlocked, but a service provider might lock them
When originally manufactured, all GSM cell phones are unlocked. That is, they can be used with any SIM from any cellphone service provider - always assuming, of course, that the cellphone service provider has compatible GSM service on the same frequency bands that the phone can operate on.
Most cell phone service providers electronically 'lock' the phone so that it can only be used with their service. There are obvious reasons why they choose to do this - in particular, to force you to pay what are usually very high roaming charges when you take your phone out of their network and use it elsewhere in the world.
Fortunately, this locking is reversible. With some phones, it is possible to simply enter an unlocking password code into the phone and it is immediately then unlocked. Other phones need to be connected up to a special unlocking data terminal.
Your phone has to be unlocked by the carrier. LG, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Nokia and most of their ilk, will not give consumers the unlock codes but don't despair.
A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your carrier. For example, if you have AT&T to unlock your SIM card, you can obtain your phone's PUK code from AT&T by:
? logging in to your my wireless Account online ? using their Technical Support Chat ? calling Customer Care at 1-800-331-0500
To get your phone's PUK code online from ATT:
? Log in to your my wireless Account. ? Select My Services under My Account. ? From the My Services screen, select My Phone/Device. ? Select Unblock SIM Card. ? The Unblock SIM screen will display your PUK code.
Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code.
Note: If you enter the wrong ATT PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display the following error: "PUK blocked call operator."
There are three other ways to unlock a phone:
? The carrier will unlock the phone for you at one of its retail outlets; ? You can do it yourself by clicking on this link Free Unlock Codes , ? Pay $3.89 at the following website: www.theunlockshack.com/. I have absolutely no affiliation or relationship with The Unlock Shack or its principals.
I trust that this is helpful and solves your problem. All the best
Look at the bottom, where the water comes out and comes back
in? Is it filled with hair/dirt? It might need to be cleaned out where
the water sucks up in at. Otherwise I would go to Hoover.com website for
f.a.q.s or technical support.
If you find that your cleaning solution will not dispense, check that
the tank is securely in the locked position. There is also a chance
that the solution tank is empty, in which case fill it with cleaning
fluid. Ensure that the recovery tank lid is firmly in place.
Prime the pump. Priming means to remove air from the system so that the
cleaning fluid can flow to the tool. You "prime the pump" by attaching
the tool to the hose and turning the carpet clearer to ON. Then put the
tool on a hard surface or against your hand to block the suction. It
may take up to 15 seconds to remove all the air. Once this is done,
squeeze the trigger on the machine and begin to clean.
Ensure you have water in tank and solution (or water in solution tank). When you start the vacuum up, the pump starts to prime itself. If you have air in the system, it takes a little longer to prime. Allow the vacuum to run for 1 minute before attempting to pull the trigger. Then pull the trigger.
If this doesn't work, you'll need to open the unit up and check the hoses for any clogs, and next test the pump to see if it is functioning.
When the pump loses prime, you just turn of the unit, turn it back on and wait about a minute before pulling the trigger. The pump establishes prime when you first turn it on, but you need to wait long enough to let it get all the air out.
