Question about Euro-Pro 550 Mechanical Sewing Machine

No, you have to write to the company, they have terrible customer service. Their usual answer if you have a problem, mail the product to them in Canada. They used to have a web site, then they totally took it off for the sewing machines. They are in St. Laurent, QC, Canada. But, don't get your hopes up too high. I really do not see why they are able to sell anything in our country with no customer service. My sister in law, feels like got taken to the cleaners. She bought hers from Target, but they have stopped selling them also.
