Question about Hoover Refrigerators
I don't have any knowledge of your particular model but on mine the water condenses on the cold plate in the fridge compartment and then drips down into a little channel. From there it goes down through a fairly small tube which opens onto a little dish formed on the top of the compressor unit. This unit is warm when running, and the water is supposed to evaporate away into the room.
If water is collecting on the floor of the fridge compartment it is almost certainly due to a blocked drain pipe. If the drainage channel has become cracked this might be another cause of your problem.
One way to check that the drainage pipe is clear is to blow up it (not blow it up !) but that is a pretty yucky job. Alternatively you could pour a little hot water with dishwashing detergent dissolved in it into the drainage channel and check that it comes out onto the compressor top.
I hope this helps, but if not please defer a rating until we have had another think about it. Cheers, D.
