Question about Samsung Cell Phones
You would have to sand down, tape and spray (with a metal paint keep in mind) the whole phone over again otherwise it won't be a smooth finish. You could try some touch up paint and a real steady hand. Cut the tip of a normal kids paintbrush at an angle so it's pointed but still has a bit of surface area. That should help. Remember, if the paint doesn't fill the chips you can always add another coat to fill it in but only after the paint is dry. Good luck I hope it works for you.
