Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

The one I bought came with a mini cd that has drivers for Win98 only. Apparently they are not needed for newer OS
I just got one of these and when I plugged it in to my XP Pro based PC it identified itself as "removable disks F&G" F seems to be the players internal memory while G seems to be the mini SD slot. To transfer music to it all I had to do was drag or copy and past the MP3 files into it with explorer (My computer on the desktop) What actual drive letters show up is dependent on how many drives you have so just look for the first removable drive or have explorer open when you connect it, it'll be the first of two drives that pop up.
So basically just transfer files to it like you would any other flash memory drive.
Just a note, real player seems to want to treat this as a device it can use. However, I've tried a couple of times to get it to sync my music into it only to have real player choke and lock up. So I'll just use explorer for now

Mine did the same thing. I talked with a guy at the company and he told me it was frozen. What you need to do is let it run till the entire battery is dead. Than recharge it completely. For 4 hours at least. That should reset it. Now my player works fine.
