Fitted screen cover/protector to perfectly

Fitted screen cover/protector to perfectly good Treo 650, pressed reasonably firmly to ensure stuck properly and no bubbles, now touch screen non responsive/defunct. What have I done, is it repairable. Treo with out pointer tedious to use.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
