My mom gave me a dell printer, and when i tried to get it downloaded on my computer it said that i needed the disc and drivers in order for it to work. the cd did not come with it. i think sumone gave it to her and she gave it to me. i have a dell computer that i am using, to hook the printer up to it. it is hooked up except for the cd and the drivers, what can i do??? thank you.

To download the 962 All-In-One printer driver from support.dell.com, perform the following steps:

1. Browse to

3. Select the desired Operating System from the drop-down boxes

1. Click the Run button.
   Make sure the box next to Close this dialog box when download completes is unchecked.
   
   When the download completes, click Allow or Run.
   
   On the Printers: window, click Continue.
   
2. In the Select the folder where you want to unzip the files to window, click OK.
   If a message appears asking to overwrite the folder, click Yes to All. If a message appears asking to create a folder, click Yes.
   
   In the All files were successfully unzipped window, click OK.
   
   Follow the prompts that appear to install the driver.
   If prompted to restart your system, click OK.
