Question about Samsung RS2630SH Side by Side Refrigerator
First you need to see if water is getting to the door. You need to determine if the water is blocking in the freezer door or in the fridge chiller bottle (the bottle will be behind the evaporator cover in the bottom of the fridge). You have to track the water line and disconnect it from the bottom of the door.
There should be a connector to disconnect the pipe going into the door. The normal type of coupling is the one where you press the coloured ring on the end of the coupling allowing the pipe to be taken out.
Disconnect the pipe and try the water dispenser, if water comes out of the pipe but not from the dispenser when it's connected this would confirm the pipe in the door is freezing. To solve this, the door will have to be replace because the insulator is no longer able to stop the pipe from freezing up.
If still no water trace your lines back into the fridge compartment and make sure it is not kinked or even frozen,In this case the best option will be to call Samsung because they do have a 5 year warranty that covers frozen fridge compartments..
