Remove it from the surge protector and plug it directly into the wall. This may prevent a problem that when the printer goes into standby, the surge protector stops it from returning to full power.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response. Happy New Year!

Thanks, Joe

This solution worked for my HP Photosmart C5580 All-in-one unit. I was plagued with it flashing all the time, eventually it would just display a blue screen with a BXXXXXX error code. Thank you so very very much!!! :)

Power light flashing & ops

These flashes are fault indications. From the number of flashes occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit side, inside it. Count it, and check the site linked here. It has details about these blinking codes. Pull up previous posts, either by its left side bar, or view it in Mosaic / Timeslide / Flipcard option.

I have a madcatz call of duty black ops controll, it charges when i connect it but wont connect to my ps3? help me!

You need to sync your controller with the ps3, put the USB dongle into one of the available slots on the ps3 - exactly where you would normally connect a wired controller on the front. Now switch on your ps3, the dongle will connect, now put your USB cable into the black ops controller and switch on - your 4 lights should be flashing on the controller. Now press connect on the USB dongle, your controller should now sync to the ps3 and hopefully will show as controller No 1. Remove the USB cable and play wireless.

I have a Oki b6500. Replaced the fuser. How to reset the message exchange, "Maintenance." Please help!

The following procedure was provided by Oki Tech support when a web search did not provide an answer. Resetting the Fuser After Replacement - When Counter is NOT Reset First print out a MenuMap and note the fuser count, to later verify that the maintenance reset has taken affect. To reset the fuser counter, enter the diagnostics mode and go to Maintenance Mode Step-1 How to enter the maintenance mode. Hold the Menu & Right arrow button while powering on the printer. Hold the buttons down until the op panel displays “Initializing”. The op panel will display “Output Test” Step-2 Press the down arrow three times. The op panel will display “Maintenance Info” Step-3 Press the right arrow. The op panel will display “Reset Maint Reqd Execute” Step-4 Press the select button. A quick flash will come up on the op panel “Resetting Maintenance Reqd”. The op panel will then display “Reset Maint. Reqd. Execute” Step-5 Press the Cancel button to exit the Maintenance Mode and go back to “Online”. This completes the process, please print out the Menu and inspect the Fuser Count it should read ‘0.’

Flashing red light . i have unplugged and plugged back in green light comes on then goes away and red light returns and flashes. i have had the tv 2 yrs to the day almost. what do i do

When the led flashes a certain number of times it tells the technician what circuit is at fault causing a problem resulting in total shutdown. There are no secret codes or methods to get your tv back up and running without having it repaired "SORRY". On Philips models a 7 flash window indicates an under voltage within your power supply circuit. This means there's a Op-Amplifier, high wattage resister, Power-IC, Diode, or NPN-PNP transistor that has developed an internal defect and needs to be replaced. Keep in mind that these TV's produce alot of heat and so the components on the circuit board are prone to thermal breakdown over time. I can show how to fix this problem if your willing to cooperate with me and follow some steps.

Your tv will not work again unless its opened and serviced! Period.

Computer will not switchon, light just works o.k.

you do not say if windows or mac. Either way, boot up, open cd/dvd drive, put in ops system disk, power off, when started, re install or repair your ops installation. Donside here is you may have to wipe drive as it seems as if some virus/trojan has got hold of your registry start up sequence. Safe bet, reinstsall ops system, goodluck.
