How to install the headset to my EVO 4g

To pair the Plantronics BackBeat 903 with an EVO 4G:

On the 903 headset:
With the headset powered off, press and hold the "Power/Pairing" button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red. This will put the 903 headset into pairing mode.

Use the iPod Touch menu to search for the headset and select 9xxBackBeat.

(If prompted, enter 0000 for the PIN code/passkey. Some devices also require you to accept the connection. Headset is paired when LED flashes blue.)

On the EVO 4G:

Turn the Bluetooth on from the Home screen, tap Menu, Settings, Wireless & Networks, Bluetooth.

Pair the EVO 4G by going to the Home screen, press Menu, Settings, Wireless & Networks, Bluetooth Settings, Scan for Devices. Follow the on screen prompts to pair the devices.

Good luck from Headsets Direct - 800-914-7996.

Does this work with an evo shift 4g (sprint)

Jabt,

The Parrot supports the following bluetooth profiles: Headset Profile HSP 1.1, Hands-free Profile HFP 1.0, Object Push Profile OPP.

Your Evo should be able to pair using either the Headset profile or the Hands-free profile.

Thank you.

I've tried sending pictures to other phone but they never go trough

I imagine this is through Bluetooth.

You have to pair the two devices first. It should be under your bluetooth settings > Pair devices.

Once you pair the devices it will ask you for a pin. Insert the same pin on both devuices and they will be paired. You should then be able to send pictures and other files via bluetooth.

I cant pair my jabra bluetooth to my evo!

First, put the headset into pairing mode. To do this, remove it from the Stone charger and press and hold the answer/end button until the lights flash four times slowly - this indicates that the unit is off. Then, press and hold the answer/end button again - you'll soon start to see lights flash - hold the button until the green light is on steady and the blue light is flashing. This is pairing mode. Now your Evo should be able to "find" the Stone to pair with it from within the Bluetooth menu on the phone.

Audiomobile evo needing repair

how old is it and why bother? most speakers now are quite cheap, but poor quality. most people will not notice this unless you are an audiophile. my suggestion: throw them out, keep the magnets, they are good to have around. get a new pair or a surplus pair. and, if you really like them, how did they go? if they went by playing your music too loud and you perforated the surrounds or blew the coils.... sorry buddy, your fault.
