Question about Samsung DVD-V4600 DVD Player/VCR
The only thing I can suggest, "and it is a long shot" unplug the power cord from the wall outlet for at least 30 minutes to see if the processor ic will reset. This a problem that I have never run into so I don't know if this will work.
