To sort this problem out, there is only one easy method to use. Take the steps below
1. Connect it to your computer via USB.
2. Open my computer and locate the device.
3. Right-click on it and select format.
4. Select quick format and click the format button.
5. Wait for the format to finish and you can use it again
Note that this will remove all your data on the mp3 player and you would need to put your songs again.
Hope this solution helped you? Please feel free to comment for more information and thank you for using the fixya website.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Problems with r4i

If the songs are mp3 files the dsi will not reconise them, they have to be in aac form to play on your dsi, but if you put mp3 file onto your r4i games card, they still wont play, after putting your songs onto your games card put them in the system file, then open your system file and go down, you will see the music to play, i did this for my grandson until his mum got him another sdcard, then i put his music on that, but i had to convert the to aac first. to go on the other card.

Iriver E10.....wont play songs

well it seems you deleted your songs but not the titles. weird huh but that happened to me too. so hook it up to your computer, go to " my computer", and then right the icon that is your device, and then click format and that should take care of that.

Samsung Juke Music Issue

Had the same problem with being able to load MP3 songs onto the phone but they would not play. Elapsed song time indicator remained at 0.00.

In Windows Media Player, select Sync Menu......then Samsung Juke........then Format. The warning states that you will lose all data. This only pertains to the songs that you cannot get to work anyway. Your stored phone #'s will still be there after the reformat.

I reformatted and reloaded the MP3's and everythings now works just fine.
