It just recently started happening. Whenever I turn on my phone the mp3 side of my upstage is just a blank white screen. The other side of the phone works perfectly fine. Any help?
Im having some similar trouble with my razr v3 phone.my screen turns white and sometimes it goes off altogether.i thought it might be a battery problem.then i was told it was my wire going to my screen that needed unplugging and plugged back in.no i havent tried it yet.i have to have t6 star tool for that.with all my rambling what kind of phone is yours?so maybe your battery or maybe a loose wiring.forhave to take part of the phone apart. this you

I'm having the same problem as well I Reset and turn off but nothing.
i have the same problem today when i was texting i droped it and the front screen (side w/ buttons) is just white and ive tried resetting it and everything! help!
when i turn my phone on it works then on the mp3 side ita all white and black and i cant see anything.
I have the same problem...the screen on the mp3 side is all white but the other side works perfectly fine... sometimes the screen will go back to normal but after a few seconds or minutes it just goes back to white or blurry than white
