Question about Coby Audio Players & Recorders
Had the exact same problem.
Go into the Coby media manager.
When the list of songs comes up, right click on a song and then click syncronise.
do that for each song.
That wouls syncronise the songs to your player.
it worked for me!!!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
If you formatted it, you
will have to but music back on to it.
I assume that you tried the volume controls, so you should verify that the ear buds are working properly. Either try your ear buds in another device or try a different set of buds (that you have verified work) in your MP3 player.
