The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Flash player is installed but not detected by appln

The problem seems to be conflict in the .dll file "NPSWF32.dll" and it's association with the Windows Registry. The registry key of the flash player for Mozilla Firefox is damaged/corrupted. So you have to uninstall Flash Player: (Follow both the steps.)
Step-1: First uninstall through ADD/REMOVE Programs from controls panel.
Step-2: Then download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller from here. Now close both Firefox and Internet Explorer. Then run the uninstaller tool. After uninstalling, restart your PC. Now open the firefox and go to to install the latest version flash player.
Remember: Whenever you are installing or uninstalling flash player you must log on to windows as Administrator to perform and troubleshoot this type of issue.

.swf files don't run

.swf files are Flash files and are played by the Adobe Flash Player. If you currently have the Adobe Flash Player installed, try going to Start --> Control Panel and clicking on Add/Remove Programs. When the screen loads click on Adobe Flash Player and click Uninstall. Finally restart your computer.

When the computer reboots, use the below link to install Adobe Flash Player.
