Small water leak on floor on both sides of door. w ater is not coming from refrigerator or bottom freezer unit

Did you notice any moisture on the main cabinet at the area the doors seal against? Some models have a heater imbedded in the cabinet edge at the door seal to keep the metal cabinet from sweating much like a glass does when filled with water and ice cubes. If the heater is not on the metal sweats and leaks down to the floor. Some refrigerators have an option switch called and energy saver that can turn that heater on or off. Off is OK for winter but needs to be on in humid weather if house is not air conditioned. Heater could also be burned out (bad).

What could cause a grinding noise when turning on the blower?

It is the pressure release valve on the AC unit. The system is clogged so it's creating too much pressure and tripping the valve. Hoses and possibly more needs to be checked and replaced. Probably due to a sealant being used.

where do you live. Never put straight water in a radiator even during the summer. Do you see any leaks around the water pump, radiator hoses, or in the passenger side floor inside also at the firewall where the heater hoses go into the heater.

2002 Mitsubishi Lancer leaking water under glove box and a noise in that same area becoming more noticeable. Air conditioning unit?

Typically, when you have water leaking from underneath your glove box, that means that your heater core is leaking. Your heater core is basically a small radiator located inside your car, just behind your glove box, thjat a fan blows through for the purpose of warming the interior of your car and defrosting the inside of your windshield. This core is fed water via your engines water pump, from your engine where the water is heated, through the heater core and back through the radiator located under the hood of your car and through the engine once again, in a continual cycle. What happens after time, the heater core is of a much thinner construction than your radiator and will corrode through in a much lesser time. The other things which commonly occurs in the heater cores today, is that when your car overheats or blows a head gasket, it will allow the exhaust gas from your engine into your water system and create a tremendous amount of pressure. The heater core is not designed to deal with this extra pressure and typical blows out and leaks water onto the floor board of the passenger side of the vehicle. Heater cores are not all that expensive a part, but to replace it, can be quite difficult on some make and model cars. This information applies to most all make and model cars both previously and currently produced.

Water in floor

water leaking to the flooring means two things, you could have a heater core leak or a clogged ac drain.

first, if it is a heater , you will notice the the wter could be warm and may have color either brown or greenish or yelowish. you may need an expert to repair the heater core and be warned that you may loose all your water in your radiator that would lead to engine breake down.

next, if it is cold and colorless, then it could just be coming fom your evaporator which is located underneath the glove compartment under the dash. you may unclogged the drain hose from the engine compartment. look for a small hose that comes out of the firewall located at the bottom part of the firewall and clean it with anything that could be inserted in it.. a small thin rod would do the trick.. you would notice the water flow like a fall once the clogged has been removed.

i hope i was able to fix ur problem,

tnx 4 using fixya,

Three way solenoid valve

All you can do is replace the part. I am not sure on frigidaire parts, they use to have 1 year warranty on replacement, some companies have gone to 90 days.
