Question about Philips 42PFL5603D - 42 IN. LCD HDTV
To purchase a new LCD screen is too expensive and not cost effective. You are doing the right thing by searching. Unfortunately, these TVs are still new and finding a salvaged one will take time. The demand right now, for a salvaged screen is in much demand. You must be patient, and time will find one. You may may try the "Shop Jimmy" website. Or check out Encompass TV parts. Sometimes they may have a salvaged one...once again demand is high and the search continues. Just continue to be very patient. Yard sales , pawn shops and continue visiting your local TV shop for one. Good Luck and thanks for asking and show a few hands of support!
