I've another fisher and paykel washing machine GM512. It has fault error of 1 and 7. How do I fix it?

What side are you counting from? Each light has a different value for the error code. Counting left to right will give a different error code than counting from right to left.

Features found on most bill counting machines

Bill and coin counters come with a host of different functions and features that when you learn and master the them you will be a bill counting ninja! There are many terms that you will hear when getting started with your coin counter but the the most important ones are hopper capacity, error detection, adding mode and batch counting.

The hopper is the part of the bill counter that holds the bills that are going to be counted. Bill counting machines have a limit to how many bills the hopper can hold this is known as the hopper capacity. Usually instructions come with a number for how many new bills the hopper can hold, but if you are going to be counting older and crumpled bills that number will be cut in half. So if the capacity is 100 new bills then the number of old bills with around 50.

when you are counting bills its important to watch for error detection on the machine. These errors can be for a feeding error, detection of fake bills or a problem with the sensors in the machine. Machines with error decors are on the higher end but they make troubleshooting easier as well as give you confidence in their counting.

These last two features can be combined into one key feature that makes counting bills with a machine a breeze. Adding and batch counting modes. In a regular mode on a bill counting machine the counter will reset when you finish counting a stack, but if you enable adding mode the counter will continue to count from where the last stack left off.
Batching on the other hand is good for when you have a huge stack of bills like lets say $5's and you want them to be split into stacks of 10's. You can set the machine to batch count so it will stop counting after 10 bills have passed through. This is really good for if you are stacking bills into increments that are easy to count.

Front plug turning black rough ideling ?

If by black you mean sooty then it is running too rich.
Check your air filter, although all plugs would be sooty if it was blocked or restricted.
Try a new plug or swap plugs over to eliminate a dodgy plug. Check coil resistance (primary and secondary) to see if it is not breaking down.
If you can get to the air/fuel adjustment screws do the following:
1. On the properly running plug carefully screw in the adjustment screw until lightly seated. Do not over tighten, just til it seats. As you are doing this count the number of turns you have done. I count a quarter turn as 1, so if it goes in one and a half full turns I will have counted to 6. I find this more accurate than the number of full turns. Now unscrew it the same number of quarter turns and it will be back where you first started.
2. On the screw that adjusts the faulty plug, again count the number of quarter turns to a light seating. Usually it should be the same as the other but not always, although it shouldn't be that far away. Back it off to the same number of quarter turns as the first one was set.
Now try running the bike and see if there is any improvement. If it is worse adjust it back to its original setting.

How do I synchronize a Grandfather Clock to chime correctly on the right hour?

Count the number of times the clock strikes, while leaving the minute hand pointing at the twelve, move the hour hand ( short hand) to the number it struck. ( this is the only time you should ever move the hour hand yourself). Tighten the hour hand by pressing the hour hand in towards the dial just a little. This can be done by placing a thumb nail on each side of the base of the hour hand at the center shaft. You do not want the hand to touch the dial. Now run your clock up to a quarter after, and let it chime. Now the half hour, the third quarter, and finally the hour. It should strike the correct hour if done correctly. Short version, move minute hand(long hand) to twelve so that it's pointing straight up. 2 move hour hand(short hand) back one hour. 3 tighten hour hand by pushing in toward dial. 4 check the function by advancing the clock one quarter hour at a time letting it chime in between quarters, then counting the strike on the hour. Hope this helps, and not confuses. Good Luck

How do money counting machines work?

after you place the stack of bills into the slot, each bill is mechanically pulled through the machine. There is a laser beam, and each time the laser is interrupted by the passing of a bill, it registers it (counts it). The machine also uses pattern recognition criteria to differentiate between bills of different denomination

Money Counts program will not print checks

The issue appears to be with the configuration file in the money counts directory ( I think moneycounts.cfg) if you delete this file, money counts will recreate it on startup and you can select a printer for printing checks which will work. Should you change printer names or printers in the future, you may need to repeat this procedure.
