The firs hing to do here is goto your Temp folder and delete all files then if you are using ie6 then upgrade to ie7 as AOL is more happy with IE7 run AOL to log in to their server thn minimize AOL explorer then run internet explorer this should bupass their security measures that block you brouwse other sites.

happy webbing.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

WHAT OR WHERE IS THIS? C:\Docume~1\OwnerLocals~1\Temp\Picasa110828-211727.dmp

This is supposed to be a dump file, If you press the Windows key and while holding it press R, The run menu should show up, (the win key is between ctrl and alt on most keyboards, it has a flag typically)

Paste this into the run menu
C:\Documents and settings\Owner\Local settings\Temp\
You will be looking for the file

Is it showing up in your virus scan or something? If you still cannot see the file, but know its there, Click Tools > Folder Options, Select Show all hidden files, and Uncheck the Hide operating system files (about 2 options lower), Click ok and you should be able to see it if it is there.

You should run a scan disk on your computer to make sure you do not have bad sectors on your hard drive. This will take a while, so do it when you will not be accesing your computer for more than two hours.

It looks like you are running Windows XP. If you are then here are the steps...

Go to Start --> Open my computer --> Right click on C:Drive --> Click on Properties --> Click on Tools Tab --> Click on "Check Now" --> Select both "Automatically fix file system errors" and "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" and click on start. It might tell you that it can only be performed after restarting your computer. Click on Yes and then let the computer restart.. and leave it alone until it finally boots back in to Windows.
