Put the red on the + side and the blkue on the - side. SECURE the wires so that their weight does not pull them loose again. You can pop amps when speakers come loose...

Where can i find tech service manual for Peavey PR15 speaker?

The PR 15 is a two-way sound reinforcement system consisting of a heavy duty 15" woofer and a RX14™ titanium diaphragm, dynamic compression driver mounted on a 90° x 40° coverage constant-directivity horn. The lightweight-yet-rugged injection-molded plastic enclosure.
There is no need for any other service data and there is no service manual apart from user manual. It doesn't warrant one.

Peavey problems

I assume you mean the Pr-12RX passive? That seems wrong to me, too. Put an ohm meter across the terminals of the horn driver and the woofer seperatly to see which, if either, is blown. If they're OK, look for a bad solder joint on the crossover.

PROPER WIRING FOR ATTACHING CROSSOVER TO PEAVEY SP4G SPEAKERS.

In Peavey cabinets, the lower woofer is always Yellow + and Blue - and the horn is always Red + and Black -. On the middle 15" the remaining two wires would be White + and Blue -

Can I connect only one speaker to a yamaha emx 312 sc power mixer?

First it is certain that you would not want to plug both outputs of the stereo power amp into one speaker combining both channels into the same speaker. (see image from manual below - also link to manual)

Next I would be very concerned about only using the one side of the main amp out as it could cause an unbalanced load, or you could be driving the load into dead air connection and any of these conditions are destined to cause premature failure of the power amp.

Taking a quick scan of the manual for this unit, it appears what is pretty common to most powered mixers, hook up two matched speakers/loads to each chanel of the output.

Your best bet is to shed those monster cabs, there really is no need for them especially with this sized powered mixer, and get yourself a nice pair of full range cabs like EV1202;s, EV SX300's, or some nice 2 or 3 way 15" JBL's/

Just my opinon.

On my peavey pro 15 neo speakers i don't know which wire is for what. What is the black, red, blue and yellow wires for?

black and red will goto 1 speaker. and blue/yellow to the other. typically red and yellow are + and black and blue are -. the crossover board might tell you which is which where they solder to it. but i'm pretty sure the black/red goto woofer. try hooking up both to woofer and listen to it. 1 way is going to sound horribly wrong lol. that will mean you hooked up the tweeter leads to the woofer. but DO NOT HOOK UP WOOFER LEADS TO TWEETER. thats why i say to do it on woofer.

Peavey Pr-15 fuse blown, speaker not working. What is the fuse rating

Actually its pretty funny thing with those speakers is the "fuse" is Actually called a Lamp in this case. These are what they call a " Red Dot Fuse ". in all the years i've been doing this i've never thought to look up the value haha. Just have to know there are Red Dot lamps and Blue dots and No Dot. If you examine the LAMP you should see somewhere close to the ends ON THE GLASS a color dot of some kind. almost like someone painted it on there. Red Dot Lamp. any parts distributer for people like Harbinger, Peavey, and B52 will KNOW what your talking about
