The evaporator fan motor could of stopped working. The defrost system could not be working and froze up the evaporator so it is not allowing any air for the fan motor to blow air into the refrigerator compartment. Both of these solutions are not that easy to fix you have to take the back panel of the freezer compartment to see what is going on. If you want to check if this is what it is you can empty the refrigerator out and unplug it and let it stand for a day to let it manually defrost and check and see if the drain pan is dry before you do this and if the pan fills up after you have defrosted it then that is what has happen the defrost system is not working. hope this helps.

GE Profile refriderator PSC25MSWA is frosting/icing on bottom of Refriderator side

Try defrosting entire unit. Put all food, freezer and refrigerator sides in coolers with ice. Unplug unit and wait at least 24 hours for unit to completely defrost, if neccessary open doors, plug unit back in and see how unit functions. By doing this lines that carry freon should become unclogged.

Water pooling in refriderator bottom

The automatic defrost system has to remove humidity that enters when you open and close doors to keep it from icing up on not cooling, yours is not allowing this moisture to drain to a pan by the compressor where it evaporates on its own......
Not sure if your model is a unit with the freezer compartment on the top or bottom, but the repair is the same. You need to remove the back of the freezer compartment, should be a light metal sheet panel held on by a few screws, sometimes there is plastic to pop off, do not force plastic........(also unplug and use a work light)

There will be a aluminum finned square tubing(evaporator) that looks like a radiator. Directly underneath it on the freezer bottom back is the defrost pan with a drain hole in the center. Do not puncture the aluminum tubing or you will lose the freon and ruin your fridge........

If it is frozen with ice on the base, let it thaw overnight, pour hot water down the pan under the evaporator in the morning, and put a towel on the floor, it may or may not overfill the small catch drain pan in back by the compressor...(self evaporating-do not have to empty) Good luck......(you can also remove the ice in the freezer base with hot water and a couple of towels rather than waiting overnight, but again do not damage your evaporator) Reassemble and your done

I have water pooling inside the refriderator. It

there is a drain in the freezer than gets pluged, unplug frige from wall, put food in ice chest take hair dryer and melt ice thats at back wall in freezer remove icemaker if there, and back wall of freezer inside, melt any remaining ice, **** up water with wet vac or sponge, see the pinky size hole in the pan under the coils, point hair dryer at it for a wile. now take the the lower back cover off behind frige and blow all the dust out and find the plastic tube, about the size of your finger and put the wet vac on it until you can hear it sucking in the freezer, take e cup of hot soapy water ond poor it in the freezer pan. put everthing back and your good to go

My refriderator freezer not working and the bottom crispers on the fridge side are freezing

If you have a lot of ice collecting in the freezer the door gasket is probably bad causing the compressor to run overtime which will probably cause the refrigerator portion to cool as well.
You might check the freezer and if very cold set it a bit warmer. I do not know what you have but these may save you some $$$. While you are at it check the freezer, refrigerator, condenser and condenser fans.
Good Luck,

Freezer is too cold, ice crystals. Refriderator

I'm not sure which one you have, but try this: Look for the area where the air passes from the freezer to the refrigerator side, in the wall somewhere between them. Make sure that there isn't something blocking the passage. This is a good place to start.
