### How do you use CHASHOTAO to calculate the Hypotinus given the adjasent length and opposite angle

You should be aware that the adjective adjacent has no absolute meaning. It is relative to the angle you are considering.
Let some angle A in a right triangle. Let H be the measure of the hypotenuse. Do not confuse it with some height.
cos(A)=(measure of leg adjacent to A)/H
H= (measure of leg adjacent to A) / cos(A)
However what you call the opposite angle (the other angle I presume), is the complementary of of angle A. Call it angle B
In terms of that second angle
H=(measure of leg adjacent to A)/ sin(B)

What is adjacent to angle A is opposite to the complementary of A.
I think you should work a little more on the meaning of the words adjacent and opposite until you understand that they are relative concepts. They mean nothing until you spell out what angle you are looking at. Without proper understanding of these two concepts you will not be able to use correctly that mnemonic device which you have mangled (BTW)

I do not know it what language you have transcribed the mnemonic , but in English the device is called SOH- CAH-TOA

SOH means: To calculate the Sine of an angle divide the measure of the leg Opposite to the angle by the measure of the Hypotenuse.

CAH means: To calculate the Cosine of an angle divide the measure of the side Adjacent to the angle by the measure of the Hypotenuse.

TOA means: To calculate the Tangent of an angle divide the measure of the side Opposite to the angle by the measure of the side Adjacent to the angle.

### The rock tumbler will not turn on, the light on the day settings just blinks off and on.

the clear cover on top has a clasp at the BACK and a clasp with two clear pegs on either side of the clasp on the FRONT.. more than likely your two clear pegs are not closing the safety interlock, make sure you have the lid with pegs to the front and hold down while pushing the on button .. the lights blink to tell you the lid safety interlock is not secured.

### The freezer door opens if the refrigerator door is closed hard

this is quite normal on a lot of fridges ! if it isnt closing again by its self you need to re-level the fridge and have it very slightly backwards . alternatively the fridge is not level side to side !. open the main door a third to halfway open and let it go, it should close under its own weight, if not adjust up on the hinged side leg or down on the opposite side , if the front legs are not not adjustable pull it out and adjust the back legs , a quick fix, is to chock up the front leg and all will be ok ,regards terry ps, clean the seals and the fridge where the seals make contact the seals probably do not need replacing unless the fridge is very very old. a lot of people replace seals when its not needed. regs terry

### How to assemble the weber one touch gold

See that the support leg without a wheel points into the wind and see that the air vents on the lid point in the same direction as the wind ie wind down. The bottom air vents to be open.
This works better for me than any other method, however I do agree that one must be patient when cooking anything

### My dryer does not have hot air and the timer does not turn around

sounds like you have lost one of your 2 power input phases it takes 240 volts, when you lose a phase the timer is on one side and the motor is on the opposite leg of power and the element uses both legs to heat-up, so if one leg is dead the element wont heat up and the timer on this leg won't turn

### Coal starts dying out the moment I put the Grill

even with all the vents open the air is restricted with the top on. This is what makes the kettle such a remarkable cooking machine. If you wish to grill then leave the lid off and cook directly over the coals, if you are grilling a thicker cut of meat such as a 1 1/2" thick porterhouse you might want to put the lid on for a while to more or less bake or broil the meat without blackening the surface of the meat and to achieve the desired internal doneness of the cut. you can also stack your briquettes/lump to one side and put the lid on so the exhaust is opposite to create a non direct cooking environment for cuts such as butts, ribs, briskets, whole chickens etc

### Low heat 100 degrees

either the cycling or hi-limit switch are bad or the element is open or the neutral wire can burn open or you could have lost one leg of power to the dryer so instead of 240 volts its running on 120 volts,the motor and timer run on 120 volts even though they are normally on opposite sides of the 240 volt circuits,chk the power to the unit first for 240 volts its the easiest test
