Sounds like a password has been put on it. If the hdd password, you must either remember it or purchase a new hdd and start again. Software in not covered by any warranty, only hardware.

System bios has been blocked It is not showing to turn off harddisk && users passwords. So what to do

If you have an hdd password, use it to open your hdd. If not you have two options; Contact the manufacturer and prove ownership. They are the only ones who can help or purchase a new hdd and install your OS and restore your backups to the new system.

Password hack

While removing the onboard battery and disconnecting all power for 5 minutes may clear the bios, some passwords are written into NvRam (non volitile Ram). This may require you to move some jumpers. Try this.
It may be necessary, on occasion, to clear the CMOS settings. When the CMOS is cleared, all information stored in the CMOS is replaced by default data, which means that all of the configuration information, such as hard drive types and I/O port setup, is cleared, including the password. Use the following procedure to clear CMOS:
  1. Power down the computer.
  2. Remove the left cover of the computer.
  3. Wearing an anti-static wristband grounded to the chassis, remove the jumper from pins 1 - 2 of the Clear CMOS jumper block (JP15) and install it on pins 2 - 3.
  4. Remove the jumper from pins 2 - 3 of the Clear CMOS jumper block (JP15) and install it on pins 1 - 2. (NOTE: Some earlier systems will power up as soon as the jumper is removed from pins 1-2. Later versions of the BIOS change this, 6.00.10 or later.)
  5. Reinstall the cover and power up the computer.
  6. Run the BIOS Setup program to reconfigure the system.

Remove password hdd toshiba mk3275gsx

1. The HDD password cannot be removed using Security Assist.
2. Using SETUP BIOS (i.e. start machine; Hold Esc; Press F1), Tab to the HDD Password section which should be displayed as follows:
HDD Password
HDD = Built-in HDD
HDD Password Mode = USER Only
User Password = Registered
3. Tab to the "User Password" field and simply enter the old password and then a new one twice (once to verify) as one would do normally. If you don't want a password, just press "enter" twice.

Hope above steps helps you. :)

unless you know the HDD password, you will have to replace the drive or pay for it to be unlocked. There is not cheap or free solution to unlock a locked HDD without the original password
