I have a Samsung RS2530BWP Side by Side also. You cannot control the temperature with the settings on the outside of the door. The fridge side stays about 40-42 and the freezer stays well below 0. Can I get a copy of the manual or find out how to buy one. Thank you,

this is a design fault on the appliance normally caused by the failure of the element and built up of ice around the circulating fan (the humming is the fan motor trying to turn ) youll find that if you defrost it it will work for a little while and then ice up again the need to replace a panel inside the fridge modified and a couple of sensors and poss the heater element

there are two screws on each side of the bottom freezer unit you need to remove. they can be removed after de-installing the front bin with the two plastic sleeves on the right and left. Then you can remove the bottom drawer door and the bins inside. next, open both top doors and angle the fridge with one door inside the door frame, then "walk" the fridge over the doorstoop, turning towards the inside door as you push. Follow thru with the rest of the unit, then re-attach the bottom drawer.
