Question about Aiwa HT-DV90 System

Open Question

The problem comes when Im using my HT-DV90 as amplifier for my new LCD TV (LG 42LE5500). It's connected to Video2-digital. The sound is quite satisfying and it works fine until I skip to the next song or the next TV channel - then the soung goes off. I can reactivate it by changing input to any other and turning back to Video2. After that everything is OK until next song or channel change. I have other input source on Video1-digitaland it works fine.

Not good protection is a special circuit in side the machine.. You will need to get the machine repaired at a service center. You circuit board has over loaded.

Just try connecting the input to another TV and check whether the same problem comes. If it does, the problem is with the input. If not, the signal strength is not good enough to the microcontroller IC to switch off the mute. Normally when the signal is missing or weak, audio mute gets operated.

Lg 42le5500 lcd turns on but no picture

Check whether the back light is working or not. The problem sounds to be a back light related. If CCFL lamps have defect or back light inverter board is faulty, this kind of problem can occur. But if this is the problem, there sill be sound output from the TV. Only picture will be out.

I can't get tv to send sound to sound system

Having browsed the user manual I wonder if you plugged in the Sony BDV T57 Home Theatre System while the Polaroid FLM-2632 tv was powered down via the optical cable .
Then powered up the Sony BDV T57 Home Theatre System first and then powered up the Polaroid FLM-2632 tv
Maybe the Polaroid FLM-2632 TV has to detect that the Sony BDV T57 Home Theatre System is connected and powered up when the Polaroid FLM-2632 powers up. To activate its digital audio out ????
The note part about only being available only under HDTV (cable/air) mode. Might be the cause of your hassle also ?

How do i connect aiwa speakers with 26

LG does not have direct speaker connectors. You will have to use the audio out RCA jacks on the set through RCA cables into a seperate amplifier. Hope this helps.

Hi, sounds like a zone issue. Check the zone on the one works and I'm sure you will find it different to the others. Not sure if there is a slution there as will have to change the zoning on it.

Connections

Follow these; 1-Get an Xbox 360 HD cable (see the picture1 below) 2-Connect the red and white plugs to one of your amplifier's empty inputs. 3-Connect the VGA plug to the LCD directly By following these instructions you'll be able to get surround sound from your amplifier as long as you keep it turned on. 2nd solution could be that; (if you have some other equipments connected to the amplifier such as dvd, cd, etc.) 1-Get the above-mentioned HD Cable and get a VGA to S-Video adapter (a small piece of equipment) 2-Do the same thing as mentioned in the 2nd above 3-This time, you're gonna select a VIDEO INPUT (video1, video2,etc.) on your amplifier's input selector. Affix the VGA plug of your HD cable to the S-Video adapter, and connect it to an empty S-Video input slot at the back side of the amp. 4-Get a simple RCA cable or a digital coax cable (up to you) to make a connection between the "monitor out" slot of the amp. and the "video in" slot of the LCD. It's important that which video input you've selected in your amp. to make this connection. For instance, if you choose "VIDEO 1", you will have to connect all plugs (Audio and Video) via VIDEO 1 slots. Good luck
